We, as libertarians are generally opposed to government provided health care

We’re not cold without feelings, we just think there’s a better way.

Health care should be affordable for every American. The best way to make that happen is through good old-fashioned competition.

Monopolies are never cheaper, and rarely more efficient than a competitive market. Regulation after Regulation, after special bill after special bill for the health care industry have brought our health care system to the state its in today.

Health care was cheaper, and more accessible before government started meddling.

The Libertarian Party’s website does a better job of explaining this than I could, so I’m just going to refer you there to get a better understanding of the party’s position
